Core Function: Melts and bonds at 80–160°C for quick, invisible joining of dissimilar materials like fabrics, plastics, and metals — and it holds up to repeated bending, stretching, and other dynamic stress.

Technical Highlights: Tensile strength ≥ 20 MPa, elongation at break ≥ 300%, and bond strength retention above 85% after 72 hours of soaking in 50°C water. Accelerated aging tests (1,000 hours) show performance degradation of ≤ 15%, so it's built for long-term use.

Structure: A dense, uniform film with a three-dimensional cross-linked molecular network — no pinholes or bubbles. When applied, it forms an ultra-thin adhesive layer down to 0.01 mm for a tight, seamless bond.

Specifications: Fully customizable. Beyond standard sizes, we offer slit strips (width ≥ 5 mm) and die-cut parts to fit automated assembly lines.
